Do More with Less: How Finance Leaders Can Improve Cost Efficiency and ROI with AI

Tuesday, October 28, 2025 | 10am PST / 1pm EST | 45min

Finance leaders are navigating a perfect storm: economic uncertainty, tariff risks, inflation, supply chain instability, and pressure to deliver EBITDA growth. Yet much of the value from continuous improvement initiatives remains hidden in manual processes, spreadsheets, and disconnected shop floor data.

In this executive-level conversation, our VP of Revenue, Jesse Aust, and our CEO, Zeeshan Zia, will explore how AI can bridge the gap between operations and finance — making continuous improvement not just operationally effective, but financially visible.

You’ll learn how leading manufacturers are using AI solutions like Kaizen Copilot to:

  • Uncover and reduce the hidden costs of scrap, rework, and downtime.
  • Move beyond manual time studies to capture real-time productivity and ergonomic data.
  • Translate operational improvements into quantifiable cost savings and ROI.
  • Strengthen collaboration between finance and operations through shared data insights.
  • Build resilience against external shocks (tariffs, labor costs, inflation) with more agile cost modeling.
